Our Story

We are a family run Sports and Holistic Therapies clinic based in Hornchurch Essex.

We have two excellent and highly qualified senior therapists, treating a range of needs.

Each session is a tailored to the individual. People seek help due to pain, stress, sport performance, disability or the elderly and we offer a mobile service within a 10 mile range.

Both therapists are members of professional bodies and are committed to maintaining the highest industry practices, undertaking regular CPD seminars and courses.
