Privacy Policy
As one of the leading local businesses in the Essex area, we attribute our reputation to the lasting customer relationships we’ve developed throughout the years. We believe that all of our clients deserve the highest level of service.
Personal information is collected as a necessary part of our ongoing commitment to excellent treatment. It is stored safely and will never be shared to 3rd parties unless legally required to do so. Clients can request access to the information and this will be provided as promptly as possible. Please note there may be a charge.

Cancellation and Lateness Policy inc Covid19

Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel. This is the minimum time required to fill the appointment time. We are often unable to fill late cancellation times and therefore other clients miss out on the chance to access our much needed services.

For this reason a charge of 50% of the service will be levied for an initial missed session and 100% for any future sessions missed. 

We reserve the right to require an upfront payment at the time of booking.


We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, an infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment , we request that you cancel your session. 

Inclement weather may also result in the need for cancellation and we will do our best to inform you of the practice closing. Please do not risk your safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges. This will be determined on a case by case basis. 

If your usual therapist is unavailable we may schedule you with another partner in the practice, however, we will let you know as soon as we can and it will be your choice to accept or reschedule.


IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE SYMPTOMS OF COVID19 OR ARE KNOWN TO HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO HAS HAD COVID19 WITHIN 14 DAYS PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. NO FEES WILL APPLY AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.


Please arrive on time. There is nowhere to wait. All declarations must be sent within the previous 24 hour period otherwise treatment cannot take place and you may still be charged the full fee.


We understand issues may arise that cause you to be late. However, we ask that you call to inform us in order that we try to accommodate this change in schedule. Due to CoVid 19 we require extra decontamination time between clients and therefore this may not always be possible. Arriving after your appointment time may result in a shorter session. Full service charges will still apply.

We will do our best to run on time, if for whatever reason we are unable to do this we will add the time to the end of your session or adjust the service charge accordingly.



Inappropriate Behaviour Policy


The services we supply are for therapeutic purposes. They are based on science and medical knowledge, we have studied hard to understand the anatomy and physiology of the human body and dedicate ourselves to continuing professional development and we are recognised by our governing bodies, the Sports Massage Association and the CThA as professional. 


We do not accept any inappropriate behaviour, either in the form of gesture, insinuation, joke, conversation or request. If your therapist is made to feel uncomfortable in any way as a result of inappropriate action your session will be terminated and further treatments will be refused. You will be charged the full session fee and dependent on the severity of any action you may be reported to the police.  

When making an enquiry, or booking an appointment you agree to these standards.

CoVid-19 Statement

As the pandemic has ebbed and flowed, we have adapted to keep pace with the demands of new safety procedures.

All government guidelines have been adhered to in the most rigorous fashion and at times going beyond these requirements to address client confidence and keep everyone safe.

Our business has always maintained the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness, from the smallest detail to using a full set of clean linens for every client and this has largely remained unchanged.

The list below outlines some of the precautions we take:

  • Ventilation – Provides good air flow

  • PPE – Specialist equipment to reduce the spread of the virus for therapist and client

  • Hand Hygiene – A guide to thorough washing is provided

  • Dedicated areas – Used for client’s personal effects

  • Cleaning log – Ensures nothing is missed

  • Risk Assessments – Regularly updated

  • Covid 19 screening – For therapist and client

This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change in line with industry standards and government guidance.

Any changes will be communicated at the time of booking, either through social media, email, text or this website.

We believe with these measures in place we are as secure as any business can be and we continue to take advice from our professional associations, The Sports Massage Association and The CThA for the latest information in order to be ready to implement new protocols as they arise.
